It’s pretty simple. I believe that authentic learning and growth keep us sharp, engaged, and moving forward. I believe that everyone should share in the wealth of such opportunities, regardless of their gender or where they were born. These are my core values in both my professional and personal life. Everything I do leads back to this. You can see it in the education I develop, and you can hear it in my words.

Education and equality lead to engagement and performance so that your company and its workforce reach success together.

“Erin came and spoke about managing the HR specifics of cannabis legalization in the workplace at Canada's largest conference for our industry. She was engaging, thoughtful and dealt with the topic in a very measured way. I heartily recommend you bring in Erin to speak at your conference or with your organization. What a great experience.”
